|Description||converse outlet Japan will be releasing two special edition colorways of the Converse All Star Localize Hi that celebrates two of their most popular cities, Tokyo and Osaka.Debuted in 1988, the original colorways are making a return. The All Star Localize Hi comes dressed in Orange for Tokyo and a Pastel Green pair for Osaka. Both have branding on the interior lining as well as the signature Converse label on the ankle. New York-based designer and skater Eli Reed expresses his personal style on and off the board by using the converse cons and One Star silhouettes. Both are built with smooth leather uppers that were inspired by his favorite pair of shoes when growing up, a pair of Clarks Wallabees. The inside of the shoe features a self-portrait of his mother, that she painted when Eli was a kid – artistically translated as an unfinished puzzle. Japan-based retailer BILLY’S TOKYO is back teaming with Vans once again for an upcoming three-piece vans old skools collaboration. Coming off a celebration of the store’s third anniversary from earlier this year, the shop puts another mismatching checkerboard detailing on the increasingly popular skate silhouette. With three color choices, fans of this collection will have their choice of red and black, purple and black, and white and black, with the last two coming adorned in the aforementioned pattern. Dressed in premium suede, the collection sports a luxe aesthetic that has become synonymous with BILLY’S TOKYO and Vans pairings.|
